Decorative Fascia or Functional Fascia

Sometimes the fascia on your home is entirely functional and can barely be seen. Don’t do it yourself

While it may look like an easy job, if old fascia boards aren’t removed properly they can damage everything they are attached to. In addition, when old fascia is rotted, there’s a good chance the rot has spread to the soffits as well.  These are just the risks of the removal portion of the job, there are even more risks when it comes to replacing the old boards.  We aren’t trying to toot our own horn here, but it’s actually more complicated than it seems. Special tools are needed and most importantly, experience and materials you can’t get at home depot are absolutely necessary.
